Dear "Phog"s

I neglected to forward you two copies of
our contract for our game scheduled for this
coming season. Hope the terms are satisfactory.

In one of your recent letters you mentioned
the fact that Reeves Peters, your new commissioner,
seemed anxious to appoint your non-conference
officials. Why don't you write him and have him
appoint either Ted O'Sullivan or Park Carrol as
one of the officials representing your conference?
I will make arrangements with either Bill Harrlow.
or Gil MacDonald to serve as second official.
Major Griffith does not assign our officials for
our non conference games; so I will write directly
to these men.

Kindly have Mr. Peters inform me just who
he has appointed from your conference,
