Dear Dr. Allen,

I am writing to inquire if you can fit the
Mines into your basketball schedule around December twentiethy
in Lawrence.

We are attempting to send the team into the
mitwest during the Christmas holidays and would like very
much to play there. The boys seemed highly impressed with
your team last season and felt they learned a lot ef basketball
when they played them at Topeka.

T have just taken over here,Mr. Butler having
returned to Greeley. I have followed your basketball successes
at K U with a great deal of interest and of course feel 1t
would be an honor to include you in our schedule. |
