I have your letter of February 27 with enclosure as ‘ring
for the first team and second team big Six seleétionse. “ight
after the Iowa State game at Ames on March 3 I will be hevpy to
meil this selection to you from Ames on Monday nighte I believe |
thet we should wait until after thet game for the final determinations

ecndition end I am not expecting to win either the Nebrasks or the
lowe State games Bobby Allen's right elbow is so badly injured from
a bruise and e bed sprein that he is in no condition to olay *t all,
and perhaps will not get in cither game. If he does he will be way
below per and we need everything we heve 100% perfect to offeset the
superior height and weight advantage of our two northern sdverssries.

We will try to win the Oklahoma game and if we get e@ tie
{ will consider thet we heave hed more good fortune then norme lly
