Dear Marty:

I find that the Christmas holidays begin at the University
on December 18. We have a game scheduled away from home on
December 18, but we could play you in Lawrence on December 15.

We have conflicting dates in that the auditorium is used,
go it is rather difficult to get in here on a great choice of
dates. I would appreciate it if you could make December 16th
here definite.

I am putting down January 18 for the game at Olathe because
we are playing Oklahoma here on January 22. There is just one
tentative angle in this 18th of Jauuary date, <iue to the fact
that the Kensas Aggies have now decided to play basketball and
I look for a directive from the athietic directors celling us
together to make an entirely new Big Six achedule.

- We are not permitted to close any playing iates during the
basketball conference seangon until the conference schedule is

However, this will not interfere with our December
date. Won't you write me your confirmation?
