Dear Johnny:

I am happy to know that you are willing to come
on January 3rd.

I do not want you to think that I am penurious, but
Kansas has had a very heavy stadium debt thet they are
struggling under with not an excessive football income.

You doubtless will drive your school bus, will you
not? How would a guarantee of $125.00 be for the game
end we agree to accept the same amount at your place if
arrangements can be had?

All of our home games are scheduled for 7:50 p.m.
This would allow you to get home in the wee hours of the
morning. If we play at Pittsburg we will doubtless drive
