Dear Dr. Allen:

Just a note to advise you that we will arrive at
Lawrence Airport about 12:30 Saturday noon. I would
appreciate your asking your local cab company to furnish
sufficient transportation for about twenty (20) men at
that time.

I am also asking our Public Relations department
to furnish the Lawrence paper with some information and
photographs of men on our team.
