Dear "Doc":
I have your letter of May 18th and in the absence

of our secretary have neglected to write or to
forward contracts.

 

The December, 15th date in Omaha ond Me ein ee
at Lawrence will be satisfactory unless you aeem

“advisable to take us there on December 14th.
I mention this since we have been required to
play South Dakota here on December 17th in working
out our return contract with them. It is not
possible to pley South Dakota later in the week

since school vacation begins on the 16th. Your

consideration in this respect will be greatly
appreciated, but in any event please forward
contracts and I will have one copy signed end
returned immediately. I assume the guaranty
can stand as in our previous games.

I am not insisting on December 14th if it is

definitely out of the question for you, but i-di¢

want you to see our problem of trying to play
these games too close together.
