Dear Dr. Allen:

At the suggestion of Ned Irish, a member of

this Club, I amwriting to you about the possi-
bility of your Basketball Team staying here

upon the occasion of its visit to Buffalo.

We are prepared to offer you a special room
rate of $2.00 per man per night, two men to

a room, in twin bedded room with a private
bath containing both tub and shower bath. Will
you please let us know at your earliest con-
venience whether or not you will wish to stay
here during the winter basketball season?

We are experienced in the preparation of pro-
per training meals for athletic teams and if
you will at the same time send us the menus
you desire, we can give you quotations on the
meals you may require.
