Dear Mr. Allen:

Lack of facilities for the proper conduct of
Varsity Basketball without curtailing some
portion of the daily Physical Training Program
has made it necessary for us to cancel all
scheduled Varsity Basketball Games..

On November 6, 1942, Lt. Comdr. Snyder wrote
requesting that you drop the Pre-Flight School
from your schedule. Due to the fact that of
recent date we are still receiving inquiries
concerning contracts, officials and other

such information, we are again writing to

make sure that you have been properly in-
formed. :
