Teams An independent team, now playing in the Heart of America
League in Kansas City. All players are signed with the
4.A.U.

Players; 10 players for out-of-town games and 15 players for home
se games. All of them are employed by North American Aviation.

Coach: Forest A. "Piggy" Fox, who used to play with the K.C.A.C.,

Y¥.M.C.A., Tabernacle, and Kansas City Junior College. He
was the forward playing mate of Red DiBernardi when the
‘K.C.A.C. had the world famous cage teams. |

Colors: Blue and Gold. Gold playing shirts and Blue satin playing
pants. Warm-ups are All Blue Satin. |

PLAYER PERSONALITIES;

Bill Martin, guard, 6 ft. 3 in., played with the Faultless Laundry
team When they were Naismith League champions. A nice shot and
smooth ball handler. : |

Clarence Starks, center, 6 ft. 5 in., played with St. Joseph Junior
College and Goetz beer team of St. Joe. Good on the post and a
swell rebound man.

 

Jack ee center, 6 ft. 2 in., played at Manual high in K.C.Mo.
Is one of 1 leading scorers in the Heart of America league. Want
to L.S.U. as a frosh.

Art Campbell, forward, 6 ft. 2 ine, is mf the second high scorer
in the Heart of America league. Good shot from either side.

Bill Bond, guard, 6 ft. 2 in., also played with the Faultless
Laundry team when they were Naismith Champions. A good long shot
and a swell rebound man. .

Bob Clark, forward, 6 ft. 1 in., played at Shawnee-Mission high;
scored os points against the Quartermasters earlier this season.
Good ball handler and capable of scoring anytime.

Russ Savage, guard, 6 ft. 2 in., a whale of a rebounder; played
with Yanies City, Kan. Junior College two years.

Art Cook, guard, 6 ft. 2 in., played frosh ball at the University
of Minneésotas a rugged guard and a good shot.

Dave G » center, 6 ft. 5 in., played with Liberty, Mo. high

Kenneth po forward, 5 ft. 8 in, has played 13 years of
basket . With almost every independent team around here. Still
capable of scoring 15 points a game. 7 .
