I have your letter of May 11 and have delayed replying
until now because of certain schedule complications.
As outlined in the last paragraph of your letter, we
could meet Kansas at Lawrence on December 9 and 10,
1940 under a guarantee of $200.00 for each games

You may consider this letter as a definite acceptance
of those dates and you may look for our team to be in

Lawrence at that time.
