‘I acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 26th ‘eaten

together with two contracts for two games which I have turned over

who will in turn refer them to Mr. Gwinn Henry for signatures

OS t quite agree with you tet these two gmes are pretty
tough for a youngster, and it might be the better part of wisdom
to use men who have ad longer experience in the gamee For that
reason, I am perfectly willing to agree to Parle Carroll and
Ted O'Sullivan, if they can be procurede

In keeping with your nominations, I just now dictated
a short note to each one of the two and asked them to serve. If
you will do likewise I assure you I would be very happy to close
the matter of ‘efficiating at an early Senvenianee.

‘ie ave playing our freshmen here Friday night, Decenber 6,
so we will not come in until Saturday night, and inasmuch as some
of our Big-Six coaches have games on the 7th and some on the 9th,
we are planning to meet on Sunday morning, Decenber 8 I thought
