Dear Doc:

I am enclosing contract for our games at Stillwater and
Lawrence. Will you please have Gwinn sign and return
one copy to us for our files.

In regards to officials, I would rather use some of the
older officials rather than try to break in a young
official in these games. I had a letter from Bud
Browning and also a copy of your letter, and I told Bud
I would be willing to use him in some of our games but
that I thought the Kansas game was not a good game to
break in on.

I would be willing to use Parke Carroll, Dick Pendleton,

Ab Hinshaw, Ted O*Sullivan or George Gardner. If we cannot
agree on two officials from this list, will you suggest men
that you think can handle the games satisfactorily.

I will see you in Kansas City at the December meeting on
the 6th or 7th. I am going to stay over and see your game
with Texas on December 9. We play Texas here on December 1l.
