B411 Hennigh advises me that you and he have agreed
upon a date for a basketball game to be played here
between K. U. and Wichita U., under the terms ment-
joned in your conversation with me, which is 60 %
the net gate to Kansas University, with the under-
standing that the price schedule will remain the
same as it was for the Big Six play-offs.

It is my plan to have the Wichita Boosters Associa-
tion sponsor this game. If this is agreeable to
you, I will ask you to-draw up a contract, if you
care to, and forward the same to me. You will
have my personal guarantee that the terms of the
contract will be fulfilled.

Considering: the interest shown in your team in the
Big Six play-offs, and the exciting, thrilling game
you gave the fans an opportunity to see, I believe
the game will be a big financial success. Will you
kindly let me hear from you regarding the above mat-
ter?
