Dear Phog:-

Your letter of June 26 received this morning and
want to say that I am tremendously sorry for not having
gotten in touch with you sooner. Your letter was turned
over to me by Bill and I was to get in touch with youe
I have been laid up with a bad foot recently and haven't
been at the o*’fice very much so that is the reason for
the delay. We have made the necessary arrangements with
the University and with Mr. Levitt.

Mr. Levitt is to write you immediately telling you
about the guarantee and the percentage on the game here in
Wichita. We are tremendously anxious to have this game
played on February 4. Could you let me know if this date
is satisfactory. We have reserved the Forum for our basket-
ball game on that night. Mr. Levitt will make alli the
financial arrangements for this ball game in line with the
conversation which you and he had this past spring.

 

As soon as you hear from Mr. Levitt, I would appreci-
ate your getting in touch with me and then we can proceed
with our arrangements. Best wishes.
