This is to advise you I will be unable to work in your Okla.
A & M basketball game March llth in Lawrence, due to the fact
we will holding our sales meeting in Minneapolis at that time.

I have just recently been transfered here from Kansas City and
only this morning found out about the sales meeting to be held
March 10-11 and 12th, so naturally could not have informed you
any soonere

Even though I am in Omaha I had planned on working the game
and sincerely regret being unable to do S0.e...
