Dear Dr. Allen:

I am writing you in regards to our basketball games
December 5 at Lawrence and February 15 at Stillwater.
We do not have contract covering these games and would
appreciate it if you would mail contract. We are
willing to play on same agreement we had last year,
that is, $400.00 or option, or it would be agreeable
with us to play on basis of $400.00 flat guarantee.
Whichever way you care to make the contract will be
Satisfactory with us.

Since it is only about a month until we play I think
we should get together on officials. I am submitting
herewith a list of men satisfactory with us and would
appreciate having a list from you. The following

men are agreeable with me: Ab Hinshaw, Dick Pendleton,
Parke Carroll, Earl Jones and Ted O'Sullivan.
