Poi metteli drento uno di quelli 2 sachettino et subito leva la pignatta dal foco et caverai fora quello sachettino et premilo bene. Et cosi caldo, caldo lo metti sul petignone ma prima radi’l petignone et ongilo con olio de mandole dolce e olio de scropioni, ana, e chel sia caldo.
