Script: Written by at least two hands in Gothic rotunda. Binding: Modern. Bound in full brown leather over paper boards, with two blind-tooled concentric frames and an X in the middle that reaches to the inner corners of the smaller frame on each cover. Five raised bands. Gold- and blind-tooling on the spine, with the title area dyed black. Origin: Probably written in Italy and completed on September 26, 1467: "Die 26 Septembris 1467" -- colophon, folio 240v.
