Kelly Esh, 18 and his brother, Dale Ess, 17, of Versailles, Mo., were proclaimed dead at the intersection and held inside by Rogers' vehicle at 1:30 a.m. Their cousin and the driver, Kenneth Willet, 19, of Drayton Plains, Ontario, died in April. Sandi Arnesian, the Hospital, said Robert Arnesian, a hospital official. Rogers, 24, was alone in his jeep and suffered a fractured neck. He will be hospitalized for at least a week. Aranian said. NAVY REJECTS REQUEST: Navy Secretary John McCain has refused a request from basketball star and Navy ensign David Robinson to be released from active duty to start his pro basketball career. Robinson, a 7-foot-1-inch American while at the U.S. Naval Academy and a member of the U.S. Olympic basketball team this summer, will play Baili District yesterday, according to Navy officials and Robinson Robinson has signed an eight-year, $2 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs and hopes to begin his pro career this year instead of waiting until new season.
