Pingle, 1900 W. first St., stemmed from a Pingle allegedly threatened Pingle crossfield with a 22-inch Carrol Crossfield with a 22-inch carriage. MAN NOT QUITY: A jury found a Lawrence man not guilty of a felony count of aggravated assault against her. County District Court yesterday. Police Record Pringle was found guilty of a misdemeanor count of reckless driving. A sentencing date has been set for Nov. 10. Dihelm said that Crossfield got out of his car, took his badge out of his pocket and then called a police officer. Dihelm said that Pringle then turned to members of the local police department. In his opening statement, Assistant District Attorney Frank Dhiel, said the incident occurred Crossfield, who was driving an unmarked car, and shouted at Crossfield through the window before driving on ahead of him. Pringle's attorney Scott Bloom said that it was the defense's contention that Crossfield drew his gun before displaying his badge. MAN ARRESTED KU police arrested a 27-year-old Lawrence man Tuesday for carrying a concealed revolver. FIRE DAMAGE AT $8,000. A fire caused by a short in the station cord of a coffeepot caused about $8,000 damage early day morrow morning. Chris Mulvine, Lawrence police spokesman, said the arrest was connected with an incident reported Sunday evening.
