PICSCE (Feb. 19-March 20): An imaginative idea gets the day off to a flying start! A romantic attraction fuels your creativity. Early-morning suspicions will be resolved by nightfall. Get out and meet new people tonight. Seek introductions. TODAY'S CHILDREN are often zany pranksters, playing jokes on family and friends. Although these youngsters occasionally go too far, their charm is so disarming, nobody stays mad at them!
