Restow, Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs, will be the principal speaker at a Regional Foreign Policy Conference here Oct. 17. The conference, co-sponsored by KU and the State Department, will provide a forum for discussion of U.S. foreign policy with senior officials of the State Department.
