The plans will next be delivered to Housing and Development (HUD) for approval. ROBERTSON SAID that the work begun this summer would be completed by Nov. 15 so that he could be affected. He said the project called for coordination between contractors and downtown stores. He said customer access to stores would not be made impossible.
