Prof to Help Review Grants Charles Kiesler, professor and chair of developmental psychology, will leave today for Washington D.C. to participate in a National Science Foundation Grant. The five-man panel will review all the recent social psychology grant proposals made to the foundation. The panel meets four times a year for about two days each week. Kiesler said.
