Western Civ Requirement Changed for Journalists
Students in the School of Journalism will no longer have to worry about passing the Western Civilization. Comprehensive high school education requirements, according to Lee Young; associate dean
Instead, students will have to fulfill the Western Civ requirements before being accepted into the school.

According to Young, under the new requirements the student will take an exam after each of the two discussion courses. The student will receive for each of the discussion groups and one credit-hour for each exam on which he makes at least a D grade. The student will be placed in the first exam before enrollment in the second discussion group.

Women's Commission Plans Rights Amendment Hearing
