And those who choose to study instead of slack will find that the e-University of Kansas isn't much different in the summer than in the fall or spring semesters. In the eight-week summer semester, a variety of activities and services are still available on campus, and some students say hanging out on campus in the heat and humidity of a Kansas summer really isn't so bad. During the summer semester most student services are still available. STUDENT SERVICES The University libraries will be open regular semester hours for students who don't want to study outside in the heat.
