Streit, founder of the Atlantic Union movement, will present his views on United States entry in the Common Market Monday. Streit is scheduled to speak in a panel discussion on "Atlantic Union and the Common Market" at 7:30 p.m. in the Big Eight Room of the Kansas Union. KU Vice Chancellor James Surface will moderate. Other panelists will be James A. McCain, Kansas State University president; J. M. den Uyl, visiting Dutch Parliament member, and Charles E. Staley, KU associate professor of economics. The Atlantic Union movement seeks a federation of the United States and European nations. Such a federation would grow out of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
