Stephen Scoggins was charged Friday with the sale of THC, tetrahydrocannabinol, a form of marijuana. The arrest came after an investigation by Bingham County drug investigative unit. An unknown suspect drove a vehicle over the practice putting green at Alvamar public golf course on Friday in the Bronx.
