When police entered the room, they talked to a man and a woman who said that they had been arguing but that there was no problem. An officer observed a red mark on the woman's face. The woman said she had fallen and hit her face on the wall. ON THE RECORD A window on the first floor of McColum Hall was broken on Saturday night, KU police reported. A security monitor heard loud voices coming from outside the window and saw two students running away from the window. When the students came through the front door a few minutes later, they denied that they had broken the window. A KU student's windshield, valued at $250, was shattered in the 1400 block of Tennessee on Saturday, Lawrence police reported.
