In a Page One story in yesterday's Kansan, a name was misspelled. ON THE RECORD parking permit valued at $53 was stolen Tuesday from a car parked near Robinson Center, KU police reported. A Lawrence resident was robbed by two men while walking in the 2200 block of Alabama Street early yesterday morning, Lawrence police reported. During the robbery, the victim was struck in the head and suffered a cut above his left eye. He was taken to Lawrence Memorial Hospital by a friend and was released. A boom box, compact discs and a pillow case, valued together at $1297, were stolen from a residence in the 1100 block of Louisiana Street, Lawrence police reported.
