ON THE RECORD $941 was stolen from a cash drawer Saturday at J.C. Penney's, 1801 W. 23rd St., Lawrence police report. Two men and a woman entered the store, distracted a clerk and took a set of keys to a cash register. One of the men then took the money from the till.
