Miss Mary L. Simpson, formerly of the Art Department of the University, who is now studying art in Paris, has had a picture accepted for exhibition in the Paris Salons. The great honor thus conferred upon her is apparent, when it is known that her picture was taken in preference to those of 7,000 competitors.
