Senior orations must be handed in on or before April 1st by all members of the class. Only those are eligible for commencement appointments who were regular before the opening of the second session and who hand in meritorious orations. Only those whose grades average above ninety will be appointed, provided enough have such an average. The graduation fee of $5 will hereafter be required and no extra charge made for diplomas.
