The undersigned, members of the Faculty of the State University, propose to open a Summer School of Languages. In so doing they aim to meet the wants of all those who desire instruction in advanced studies and are not able, being themselves teachers, or for other reasons, to attend our high schools or state institutions. They have specially in view those students who expect to be candidates for entrance to the University and whose preparation has been left slightly defective by the incomplete courses of their home school.
