VIEWS. 271 eecutive Committee shall be elected by a majority vote, at a meeting of the members of the Association ranking in that class. SEC.2 Vacancies in the Chief Executive Committee occurring at other times than at the end of the collegiate year, shall be immediately filled by election as in Section 1 of this article. ARTICLE VII. —RECORDS. SEC.1. All records of this Association shall be deposited with the clerk of the University for permanent preservation. ARTICLE VIII.—AMENDMENTS. SEC. 1. This constitution can only be amended by a three-fourths vote of the entire membership of the Association. BY-LAWS. SECTION 1. One-half the active membership of the Association shall constitute a quorum. SEC.2. The annual meeting of the Association shall be held at some time during the third week of the first session. All other regular meetings shall be held at the call of the President; such call to be issued at his discretion, or on the written request of ten or more active members. Meetings of the members of the Association in each class shall be held sometime during the second week of the first session at the call of the class President, to elect their representative on the Chief Executive Committee. The several captains shall be elected by the Association, upon the recommendation of the Chief Executive Committee and the selection of subordinates shall be made by the captains, subject always to the approval of the above named committee. SEC. 4. The Secretary shall issue to each SEC.3. The presentation of said membership ticket shall entitle its owner to free admittance to the grounds controlled by the Association at all contests held under its auspices. SEC. 5. At the end of the two weeks following the passage of any legal assessment the Treasurer shall post on the bulletin board the names of those members who have not paid said assessment. SEC. 6. A report of the Secretary of the Association shall be made at each annual meeting. A detailed report shall be made by the Treasurer of the Association at each annual meeting, and a copy of such report shall be posted on the bulletin board for at least three days before that meeting. SEC.7. The scheme for the awarding of medals, as prepared by the Executive Committee, shall be submitted to the approval of the Association before each field meet. Sec. 8. All entries to inter-collegiate games or contests shall be made through the Secretary of the Association, with the approval of the Chief Executive Committee Sec. 8. One or more delegates to represent the Association on any occasion requiring such representation, shall be elected by a majority vote; members in or above the Junior class only being eligible. Sec. 10. Persons who have forfeited their membership in the Association shall be debarred from entering any contest, voting at any meeting or holding any office or position of trust under the Association. Sec. 12. These by-laws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any regular meeting.
