KU Football Ticket Sales Zooming
KU can accommodate more persons than ever for its 1963 home football games, and indications are fans will respond by filling the 44., 900-seat capacity Memorial Stadium for at least two games this season.
Monte Johnson, director of athletic public relations, said ticket sales were up 400-500 over last year's sales in early September. He said the Syracuse game Sept. 28 and the Missouri game Nov. 23 were likely sellouts.
