The contest will be televised nationally at 2 p.m. The telecast will be carried in this area over channel 13, Topeka; annel 5, Kansas City, and channel 2, St. Joseph, Mo. The Jayhawkers own victories over Northwestern and Wichita, the latter by a one-point margin. Wisconsin dropped its opener to Butler, 67-63, but bounced back and handed Notre Dame its third straight defeat, 70-66, Monday. Four Starters Back Four regulars returned to the Badgers this season. The only member of last year's starting five lost orough graduation was Dick Cable, a prolific scorer and all-Big Ten forward. Center John Parker stands only 6 feet $5_{1/2}$ inches, but he has a 12-point average for the first two games with 15 at the expense of Notre Dame. The Badgers are led by Dick Miller, a 6-foot guard from Wheeling. W. Va. He scored 25 points in the Notre Dame game and was led only by Cable in total points last season. Curt Mueller, 6-foot 3-inch senior, will team with 6-foot 5-inch Dick Zeiger at forward. Zeiger is the only newcomer on the starting five. Mueller has a 13-point average and Zeiger, a junior, has a total of 19 points for two games. Dick Jorgensen, another regular last season will play in the back-court with Miller. Same KU Lineup For the Jayhawkers, Coach Forrest C. "Phog" Allen will start the same lineup that began the Northwestern and Wichita games. The Badgers have scored 133 points in their first two outings with the starting five tallying 121. Bill Brainard and Gene Elstun will be at the forwards; Capt, Dallas Dobbs and Maurice King at guards, and Lew Johnson at center. Brainard is the leading scorer with 26 points; King and Elstun have 25; Johnson is next with 24, and Dobbs has 22. King is the leading rebounder with 24 followed closely by Johnson with 20. Comparing the two teams, Kansas' starters average 6 feet $2\frac{1}{2}$ inches to 6 feet $2\frac{1}{4}$ inches for Wisconsin and KU averages 12.2 points per man to 12.1 for the Badgers. If a prediction were made from the statistics, it would appear that the game will be very close. Kansas undoubtedly has a stronger bench, but the home court may help offset this disadvantage for the Badgers.
