Mince Pie 1 1-lb. jar mincemeat 2 cups thinly sliced apples $\frac{1}{2}$ tsp. grated lemon peel 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 recipe plain pastry Combine mincemeat, apples, lemon peel and juice; heat thoroughly. Pour into a 9-inch pastry-lined pie pan; adjust top crust.
