Marvin, dean of the William Allen White School of Journalism and Public Information visit in Independence, Kans., yesterday and today for talks on National Newspaper Week. Draft Board Letters OK Enrollment Letters confirming the enrollment of students in the University will be written to the various draft boards. Registrar James K. Hitt said today that under the selective service law, it is the student's responsibility to notify the draft board of his residence. The registrar's office has been designated as a military information center by Chancellor Franklin D. Murphy. Students may bring service problems to the office for discussion.
