Tierney to Consider Aly's Marriage Offer

Paris —(U.P.) Actress Gene Tierney said today that Prince Aly Khan, divorced husband of Rita Hayworth, proposed to her nearly eight months ago and that she is going home for Christmas to "give serious consideration" to the marriage bid.
Miss Tierney said "Why, that's very old news," when reporters asked about a rumor that he had just proposed. "It happened nearly eight month ago," she said.
She said she had been considering the proposal ever since, and that now she was going to consider it seriously.
