Sophomore Named Sigma Chi Queen The selection of Lela Marie Raines, college sophomore, as the "Sweet-heart of Sigma Chi" was the high-light of the fraternity's spring formal held at the chapter house recently. Dancing took place on a large platform erected in front of the house and in the living room. The platform was decorated in white with a large red heart elevated at the center. Behind the house a waterfall fed a tree surrounded pond on which white geese swam. A foot bridge led across the pond to a soft lighted patio.
