ROTC Duty Delay Opens More Jobs Because of a new policy allowing Army ROTC students receiving commissions this spring to request a delay in active duty assignments until the summer of 1954, the School of Engineering and Architecture will have companies return to the campus for additional job interviews. The former Army policy on assignment was that the men would go to active duty immediately after graduation without allowing any time for civilian employment.
