Whether the student catches a quick nap while watching the movies with one eye, or whether he attentively takes notes, the Bureau of Visual Instruction is making a distinct service available to him. Films may be shown in the projection room in Fraser hall, or in projectorequipped classrooms. Audition Over 40,000 films were sent out last year to all parts of the United States. For a slight fee, schools, civic groups, and organizations can get a look at these films. When a film comes in, Fred Montgomery, director of visual instruction preview it and decides whether it should be purchased. He looks at almost 1,000 a year—and no eye strain! Projection Dissemination
