Jenkins Named Head Of Engineer Council Lyle Jenkins, engineering junior, has been elected president of the Engineering council of the Engineering school. Other officers elected, all engineering students, are Bob Kenney, senior, vice-president; Lit Ma, sophomore, secretary-treasurer; John Hilburn, junior, senior class representative; Gene Rogers, sophomore, junior class representative, and James Marshall, freshman, sophomore class representative.
