Wigington To Edit Kansas Engineer The Kansas Engineer is the official student publication of the School of Engineering. The council also appointed Gene Rogers, sophomore, associate editor; Clark Anderson, junior, business manager; Richard Boggs, freshman, advertising manager, and Michel Wells, freshman, circulation manager, all of the School of Engineering.
