Walas, associate professor of chemical engineering. Page Is Named Local Party Head Tom Page, instructor in political science, has been named Democratic chairman for Douglas county. Mr. Page was chosen through a mail referendum among members of the county committee. A platform for the city election Tuesday, April 4, was announced by Mr. Page Tuesday. The Democrats are taking a stand on the correction of traffic and parking problems, city improvements, law enforcement, and financial policy, the campaign committee said. City councilmen will be elected and the city manager issue voted on. NROTC Commander Will Represent Admiral Capt. William R. Terrell, commander of the Naval R.O.T.C. will attend the Reserve Officers Training association meeting in Wichita Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23rd. He will represent Adm. J.
