Liquor Thefts In Wichita
Wichita.—(U.P).—Wichita police reported Wednesday there have been nine liquor stores burglaries here in the last two weeks.
Each has been a smallraid—usually one case of whisky. Captain Harold Huckins, chief of the vice department, believes the outbreak of liquor burglaries has been the work of novice prowlers looking for Christmas drinking supplies.
