Kansas State Student Finds Thoughtful Thief Manhattan—(U.P.)—A Kansas State college student is convinced that all thieves aren't totally dishonest. John Allison of Merriam, a sophomore at the college, discovered his motor scooter missing. On his way to report the loss to police he found it abandoned in an alley.
