Democrats Told To Revive Party Thomas Page, instructor in political science, told members of the Young Democraters club Thursday that "the young democratse can spark the revival of the Democratic party in Kansas." "The job of the college club is to increase the student's interest and sense of responsibility in the party. Political skill must be developed early so that the student may become an effective part of the party," he said. Mr. Page suggested a permanent secretariat to be set up in Topeka as a research and training organization.
